Every home is unique; therefore it is impossible to have one set fee. Each home has different needs and we do our best to tailor our services to your budget. We can do as little or as much as you like.

Real Estate Home Evaluation and Consultation:

If the homeowner would prefer to do most of the work themselves, we provide a 6-8 page customized report detailing all of our recommendations for getting the client’s home in the best possible showing condition before putting it on the market. This includes all interior as well as exterior of the home.
Average home of 2000 square feet-2 hour consultation- $150.00.

Home Staging:

Our objective in Home Staging is to arrange your furnishings in a way that will appeal to the most buyers. We want your home to “show like a model home.” We accomplish this by editing your belongings to create a look that is more open, inviting and clutter-free.  We create an atmosphere that encourages buyers to linger and imagine their things in your space.
Fee determined by project size. Initial visit to preview home is Free.

One Day Interior Redesign:

Let us transform your room in one day or less! We begin by emptying the room of all furniture and accessories. We analyze the space to establish a focal point, and then creatively place your furniture and accessories in the most pleasing arrangements.
Fee determined by size and content. Average cost $300.00/room.

Personal Shopping Service:

Hate to shop or don’t have time? Let us find the perfect lighting, furniture or accessory to complete your room.
$75.00/hour

New Homeowner Move-In:

Overwhelmed with the new move? Let us place your furniture, artwork, and accessories and beautifully arrange your new home, so that you may enjoy it immediately.
Fee determined by size of home.
